Malofatranská stovka

Malofatranská stovka is a race in the beautiful surroundings of the Malá Fatra mountain range. The event contains two mountain ultramarathons and one shorter trail running race, all three for individuals. The race is being organized by o.z. SLOVAK ULTRA TRAIL.

The route of the MF100 with parameters of 112 km / +6730 m passes through the protected areas of Malá Fatra National Park and leads mainly along the so-called Malofatranská magistrála. It mostly runs along marked hiking trails starting in Terchová and continuing through Krivánská Malá Fatra to Lipovec and further through Lúčanská Malá Fatra to the MF100 finish in Fačkov. The highest point of the route is the peak of Veľký Kriváň at 1709 meters. The MF100 will take place on July 1-2, 2023.

Malofatranská 50 (MF50) is part of the Malofatranská stovka event. It is the first part of the 100km route with the finsh in Lipovec. A large part of the route* MF50 with parameters of 56 km / +3910 m leads through forest and mountain hiking trails with several significant ascents and descents. There are several partially exposed sections on the route secured by chains and ladders. The highest point of the route is the peak of Veľký Kriváň at 1709 meters. In 2023, the MF50 will start together with the 100km race on Saturday, July 1.

Malofatranská stovka 2023 (course MF100 with 107 km and MF50 with 56 km) is a part mof the 9th edition of Slovak Ultratrail League. All three courses have been certified by ITRA  (MF100 for 5 points, MF50 for 3 points, MF33 for 2 points) and are contained in the list of ITRA National League races as well as races with UTMB Index.
