Javornícka stovka

Javornícka stovka is a mountain ultramarathon and long distance march, which will place on 10.-11. October 2026 in the Javorníky mountains in western part of Slovakia. The race organizer is the o.z. SLOVAK ULTRA TRAIL (association).

During the trial edition in August 2012 (under the name "100 km Javorníkmi") less than 40 participants tried the new course from Považská Bystrica to Čadca in difficult weather conditions. The course of the next two editions with more than double of participants had the start in Čadca and finish in Považská Bystrica. In 2015 the organizers decided to change to course so, that it will include also Makyta and the finish has been changed to Lysá pod Makytou. Also the name of the event has been changed to "Javornícka stovka". Last course changes happened in 2016, when the village Rudinská has been excluded from the course and the total elevation gain increased to over 4000 meters. This course is valid until today (the exception was the year 2021, when the race took place with a 57 km course due to the COVID-19 pandemy).

Javornícka stovka is a challenging and beautiful race with full support including dropbag service (50. km), baggage transport, aid stations with refreshments also for vegan/GF, medical service and further services for the participants. The number of participants is limited to 200.

Javornícka stovka 2026 is a part of the 12th edition of Slovak Ultratrail League. The course of Javornícka stovka has been certified by ITRA (4 points) and is a part of the ITRA National League. Javornícka stovka 2026 is a qualifying race for the Western States Endurance Run 2026.
